Piano Sfera

What does one do with an old piano that won't stay tuned? You tear it apart and bounce, roll and skip a translucent ball over the strings of its soundboard. Simple. All sounds you hear in this film are the result of the ball itself, less a few at the start where string-plucking occurs off-camera to get the ball to roll. The idea was to create a kind of musical work out of random drops and rolls of the ball, repeating shots to represent measures. It was shot in two hours and edited in four because I honestly didn't think I'd ever even show it to anyone.
