Cushion

Two teenagers, brought together through cyber-chat and phone-sex, decide to take their relationship to the next logical level: meeting in person. From the first steps of coordinating the meeting to the disturbing cast of characters they encounter to the decidedly anti-climatic finish, 'Cushion' is a hilarious and poignant short film that touchingly reflects middle-America Generation Y in their attempts to connect personally in a world saturated with impersonal modes of communiction.

Anthony and Irma have had cyber-sex. Anthony and Irma have had phone-sex. Anthony and Irma are going to finally meet in-person and possibly have sex. However that involves actual touching and at times affection.

Cushion is the story of the desperation and discomfort two people face as they encounter each other in-person for the first time. One person seeks affection, while the other is unable to physically interact.
