Carrie MacDonald

Carrie makes her film debut in Luci D, an opportunity she's been waiting for since she was four years old.

Carrie was hooked on acting the second she was introduced to the stage. She was honored to play the Princess in her Pre-School play. Carrie attended the University of Iowa with a double major in Journalism and Communications with a focus in Media Studies. While in school she concentrated all of her attention on her studies. But, once the mortar boards flew into the air Carrie ran towards her dream of acting.

She has attended classes at Act One Studio in Chicago and since her appearance in Luci D has performed in several other independent films. She has also performed in student films at Columbia College Chicago and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She's tried her hat at commercials, print and voice-over work. She is loving every minute of it and wants to thank her family and the entire cast and crew of Luci D for giving her the start she's been waiting for.
