You can read the definition that Dictionary.com gives to the word achieve below.

For me it is one of the hardest things to do in life.

To dream about something is fairly easy. To set your mind to it and believe in it is a bit difficult. But to achieve your goal is tough, especially if your dreams or goals are a bit out of this world like going to the moon, winning a gold medal in the Olympics, or having a successful film career.

Or for that matter any film career :)
